Dosage and administrations

Contour 40mg Capsules: Once a day 30 minutes before breakfast.
ü
Contour 40mg I.V: The recommended adult dose is 20mg to 40mg Contour
given OD by intravenous injection (not less than 3 minutes) or intravenous
infusion (10 to 30 minutes).
In Patient with Risk of Rebreeding
of Gastric or Duodenal Ulcer following Therapeutic Endoscopy:
o
Adult dose is 80 mg administered as an intravenous infusion of contour
over 30 minutes followed by a continuous infusion of 8mg/h for total treatment
duration of 72 hours, that includes initial 30-minutes dose plus 71.5 of
continues infusion.
