According to the Ministry of Health notification, A, B, C and D class medical devices will be exempted from registration and registration.
According to the notification, medical devices include heart valves, lung ventilators, masks, hypodermic needles and other devices.
Class C, D medical devices have been exempted from registration till December 31, 2023, while class A and B medical devices have been exempted from registration till December 31, 2024.
